I agree to purchase this female Australian Shephed puppy referred to as “Bella” for the amount
of $150.

I understand and will abide by the following conditions of this sale:
Please have your veterinarian check out this puppy as soon as possible for general well-being.
Owner must spay this puppy before she is one year old since she is too young for it at this time.
This puppy must be given follow-up shots for full immunity and also wormed regularly. A vaccine
record of vaccines given with the new puppy. If the puppy dies within 2 weeks of Parvo ,
Distemper or other diseases that are preventable by vaccines, a replacement of equal value will
be given after a period of sufficient time to rid the premises of the disease. An autopsy must be
done by my vet to give proof of disease. Your veterinarian must also provide a vaccine record
that shows the puppy has continued his vaccinations and/or vaccination series. Buyer will be
responsible for the shipping cost.
This puppy can be registered with AKC if desired, but as LIMITED REGISTRY only.
A premium food such as Black Gold, Science Diet, Iams, Bil-Jac, Nature’s Choice or other must
be fed. Table scraps are strongly discouraged
